To receive a free email alert when the latest draw results for your favourite lotteries are published, tap on My Account, click on Alerts, and select Results Alerts. You can manage the list by adding lotteries to follow, or by clearing your selections.

To set up a free jackpot alert and receive an email whenever a jackpot passes the amount you specified, tap on My Account, click on Alerts, and select Jackpot Alerts. You can manage the list by selecting a new jackpot amount, or by choosing 'no jackpot alerts' to stop receiving the email notifications.

The Reintegro (refund) is a unique feature of the Spanish La Primitiva, BonoLoto, and ElGordo lotteries. The Reintegro is an additional number from a range of 0 to 9 that is included in your ticket but it functions differently in these three lotteries.

In the La Primitiva and El Gordo lotteries, you choose the Reintegro number yourself when you purchase your ticket. In the BonoLoto lottery, the Reintegro is randomly assigned.

To win the La Primitiva jackpot, you must match the six main numbers and Reintegro drawn.

To win the El Gordo jackpot you must match the five main numbers and Reintegro drawn. Additionally, the Reintegro determines the winners of some of El Gordo’s secondary prizes.

In all three lotteries, tickets that match the Reintegro drawn receive a refund on the official ticket cost. This refund applies to all the lines on the ticket.

LottoSmile supports eight international currencies:  Australian Dollar, British Pound, Canadian Dollar, Euro, Russian Ruble, South African Rand, Swiss Franc, and US Dollar. You can select a preferred currency for each payment method you register in Payment Details on our desktop site.  Your payment method will be charged in the designated currency, and the currency displayed on the site will be the same as the currency selected for your default payment method.
